Returns & Exchanges

WishATL offers returns and exchanges on unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of delivery, provided all original tags and packaging remain intact. Please note that limited-release footwear and final sale items are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Securely pack the merchandise in its original packaging, ensuring that shoe boxes are protected inside a secondary shipping box to avoid damage.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal and affix it to the outside of your package, covering any previous delivery markings.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and retain your receipt; once received and inspected at our Atlanta gallery, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
